non-transferable;

surfboards and upon request;

animals is not allowed;
-No smoking or eating on
board;

7. Payment Methods
Payments can be made online using credit card.
8. Booking Process
No contract is considered valid between the user and ROUTE 247 until a booking has been submitted and confirmed via email.
To make a booking, the user must follow these steps:

- Indicate the number of passengers
- Fill in customer information (name, email, phone number)
- Proceed to payment
- Wait for the confirmation email
Users must complete payment using only the available methods and follow the instructions provided. ROUTE 247 is not responsible for payment losses or any resulting damage due to non-compliance with this process.
The data recorded by ROUTE 247 serves as proof of transactions. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and made available to the user upon request.
